Instructor resources (additional materials available to instructors adopting this textbook)
Overview
Each instructor likes to decide how to present subject matter to students. In these living web pages, the authors provide additional materials to complement materials within each of the chapters. New materials are constantly being added to assist instructors, which allows the textbook to remain up to date and includes additional topics that could not be squeezed into the textbook. All additional resources are organized and presented by textbook chapter.
